Energy Use and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory for Greater PhiladelphiaThis document estimates energy use and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in DVRPC’s nine-county Greater Philadelphia region. Data are for 2015. This is DVRPC’s third such inventory. Earlier inventories were published using 2005 and 2010 data. DVRPC estimates that net GHG emissions decreased 10 percent from 2010 to 2015, from emissions equivalent to the release of 82 million metric tons of carbon dioxide……
